Welcome to the new Centre for Improved Business Performance website. The CIBP is a research group within the Australian School of Petroleum at the University of Adelaide, South Australia, with expertise in the fields of economics, psychology and management that is dedicated to improving economic performance in industries such as Oil and Gas that operate under high levels of uncertainty. To achieve this goal, we conduct research on and offer training in decision making under uncertainty, real options and portfolio management. Our work is supported by Australian government grants and industry sponsorship and conducted in partnership with affiliates from both other Faculties within the University of Adelaide and universities in Europe and the US. |
